An 18-year-old was arrested in Millard County following an investigation into an arson case. The incident occurred at the Pine Creek Inn, a motel located at the south end of Fillmore.
The Millard County Sheriff's Office and the Fillmore Fire Department responded to a fire at the motel on a Friday morning. After extinguishing the fire, investigators determined it had been lit intentionally. A Utah State Fire Investigator confirmed the incident was a case of arson.
Deputies arrested 18-year-old Jaden Hodges. He faces charges of aggravated arson, burglary of a dwelling, and theft, according to the Sheriff's Office.
