Cities are 'caught in the middle' of public safety and the law when it comes to fireworks bans, Sandy mayor says

With large wildfires raging across the state, many people are asking their local leaders, "What's stopping cities from banning fireworks outright this year?" The answer is Utah State law, and one local mayor is calling for the legislature to change that law.
