The Cedar City Board of Adjustments is scheduled to hold a meeting on Monday, Sept. 14, 2026, according to a notice published Sept. 10. The meeting is set to begin at 5:15 p.m. at the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street in Cedar City.
The agenda for the meeting includes the approval of minutes and findings of fact. Additionally, the board will consider three specific requests.
One request involves a home occupation Reiki business for Life Happy Reiki at approximately 335 South 900 West. Another request concerns a home occupation lash business, Lashes and Lams by Kin, located at approximately 2087 North 325 West, Unit 13. The board will also review a request for a variance regarding an enclosed garage and side setbacks at approximately 490 South Rose Hill Road.
Board members include Brittany Fisher, Chad Carter, Milton McLelland, Dorian Page, Brant Parker, John Webster, and David Westwood. Assistant Attorney Christopher Gubler, Building Official Lester Ross, and Executive Assistant Natasha Nava are also listed as part of the proceedings.
