6 on the evening of Saturday, Oct. 10, after a trailer carrying french fries ignited, pausing traffic as first responders battled the blaze. Crews also learned the truck was hauling a french fry cargo. (Courtesy Emery County Sheriff's Office) ECSO Deputy Josh Opp arrived on scene with the GRFD and quickly extinguished the blaze.
