The resolution was adopted by the Toquerville City Council with votes in favor from Councilmembers Val Preslar, Jenny Chamberlain, Joey Campbell, Todd Sands, and Wayne Olsen. The council also authorized the submission of Form PT-800 to the Utah State Tax Commission.
