The White City Council was scheduled to hold a regular meeting on Sept. 3, 2026, according to a Sept. 1 notice. The meeting was set to occur at the White City Water Improvement District located at 999 E Galena Drive in White City.
The agenda for the Sept. 3 meeting included the recognition of former Council Member Tyler Huish and interviews for a council vacancy. Additionally, the council was scheduled to consider Resolution No. 2026-09-02 to establish the White City Youth Council and approve minutes from the Aug. 6, 2026, meeting.
Reports were scheduled to be provided by Finance Director Daniel Hoffman, Unified Fire Authority Chief Ken Aldridge, and Unified Police Department Chief April Aldridge. Council members including Mayor Allan Perry, Linda Price, Greg Shelton, and Neil Mahoney were scheduled to provide reports regarding various municipal and regional entities.
The meeting was scheduled for a duration between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Portions of the meeting were permitted to be closed for reasons allowed by Utah statute, including discussions regarding litigation strategy or real property lease and purchase.
Public comments were limited to three minutes per person. For those unable to attend in person, the meeting was available electronically via Zoom.
The notice stated that White City makes reasonable accommodations for meeting participation in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Requests for assistance could be made to the City Recorder with at least three working days advance notice.
