The Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 15, 2026, to discuss proposed amendments to the Marriott-Slaterville Municipal Code. The meeting is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at the Marriott-Slaterville City Legislative Chambers, located at 1570 West 400 North.
The hearing will allow for public comment in support or opposition to amendments involving several sections of the municipal code. The proposed changes concern code 14.02.060 regarding the effect of the general plan on non-public uses, 13.01.060 land use definitions, 13.10.010 purpose and intent of commercial zones, and 13.11.010 purpose and intent of the light manufacturing zone.
