The Wendover City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 5:15 p.m., according to a September 23 public notice. The meeting is scheduled to take place at the Wendover Complex Building located at 920 E. Wendover Blvd. in Wendover, Utah.
The agenda for the meeting includes the approval or disapproval of meeting minutes from July 22, 2026, and August 17, 2026. Additionally, the commission will consider whether to approve or disapprove Ernesto Rodriguez as a planning and zoning commissioner for the City of Wendover. The commission is also scheduled to vote on a business license application for The 661 Toana Street Trust, involving Terry and Ariel Powell.
Several land use and development topics are on the agenda. The commission will discuss a proposal for building a duplex at 244 7th Street on parcel 01-264-0-0026, a 0.21-acre lot owned by Manuel Lara, Porfiria Lara, and Oscar Lara. Another discussion will involve a multi-family dwelling on a 5.00-acre parcel, identified as 19-002-0-0003, owned by Gary Behrmann, Elizabeth Behrmann, and Art Crawford.
