According to a notice on the county's website, proposals must be received by 2:00 PM on September 30, 2026, to be considered. Submissions must include one sealed unbound original and one electronic copy.
Proposals must be delivered to the Washington County Public Works / Administration Building, addressed to the Washington County Public Works / County Engineer at 111 E Tabernacle, Saint George, Utah 84770.
The county stated that facsimile or electronic proposals, other than the electronic copy required with the physical delivery, will not be accepted. Late proposals will be returned unopened and will not be considered.
