SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — A man has been federally indicted after he allegedly threatened to "blow up" the St. George Costco unless they fired their Black and LGBTQ+ employees. Ramchand Rattan has been federally indicted for transmitting threats to injure individuals in interstate and foreign commerce.
