The Weber County Planning Commission scheduled a meeting for September 1, 2026, to discuss development plans for the Powder Mountain area. The meeting is set to include a pre-meeting at 4:30 p.m. followed by a regular meeting at 5:00 p.m.
The agenda for the September 1 meeting includes two administrative requests regarding the Recorded Development Agreement for Powder Mountain. Staff presenter Tammy Aydelotte will present request ZDA2026-04, which seeks approval for a modified concept development plan for Area B, known as The Ridge. Additionally, staff will present request ZDA2026-05 regarding a modified concept development plan for Area C, known as Earl's Village.
The meeting will take place at the 1st Floor Commission Chambers located at 2380 Washington Blvd. in Ogden, UT. Individuals requiring special accommodations, such as an elevator, ground floor meeting room, or digital meeting recording system, are instructed to notify county offices at 801-399-8794.
The meeting will also include public comment for items not on the agenda, remarks from planning commissioners, a report from the Planning Director, and remarks from legal counsel.
