The Weber County Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing on September 8, 2026, regarding proposed amendments to the Western County General Plan, according to a August 27 notice.
The hearing is set to begin at 5:00 PM at the County Commission Chambers, located on the 1st Floor of the Weber Center at 2380 Washington Blvd. in Ogden. The proposed amendments involve including text and maps from the Ogden Valley General Plan that apply to Unincorporated Weber County outside the new Ogden Valley City boundary. These updates are intended to complete the updated Weber County General Plan.
