Homework help through the SUU STEM Center is set to begin at three locations. The center is offering free walk-in or online tutoring for all K-12 students, including Spanish tutoring services.
Tutoring sessions are available at the Cedar City Public Library and online during the following times: Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM, and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Additional tutoring is offered at Cedar High School from Monday through Thursday between 2:30 PM and 8:00 PM, and at Canyon View High School from Monday through Thursday between 2:45 PM and 5:00 PM.
The center is also offering free ACT Prep classes this fall. Four in-person classes are scheduled at Cedar High School, Canyon View High School, and online, while two classes are available online.
Specific session dates include October 5th-14th from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at Cedar High School, October 4th-14th from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at Canyon View High School, and November 3rd-December 10th during XLTC. An online session is scheduled for February 8th-26th.
