The Grand County Commission announced in a September 4 statement that it will hold a public hearing to discuss potential amendments to the Consolidated Fee Schedule Ordinance. The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 4 p.m.
The meeting will take place in the Commission Chambers located at 125 E. Center St. in Moab, Utah. Members of the public are invited to attend and provide comments regarding the proposed ordinance changes.
Proposed amendments to the ordinance can be viewed at least 24 hours before the meeting at grandcountyutah.gov or at the Grand County Clerk/Auditor's office at the courthouse.
During commission meetings or hearings, any citizen, property owner, or public official may be heard on agenda subjects. However, the Chair maintains the discretion to limit the number of persons heard and the amount of time allowed for each individual.
