Syracuse City announced in a notice published August 31 that it intends to dispose of municipally owned real property. The property is located at approximately 1862 West 1700 South, Syracuse, UT 84075.
Pursuant to Utah Code 11-1-203, the city proposes to transfer the property to the Syracuse City Redevelopment Agency for fair market value.
Prior to final action by the City Council, a public comment period will be available regarding the proposed disposition. A notice for the public hearing will be provided at least 14 days in advance.
