Payson City issued a congratulatory message to Mountain View Hospital for its inclusion in the 2026 Forbes Top Hospitals list. The hospital was part of an inaugural group selected through a data-driven methodology that assessed patient outcomes, value, patient experience, and hospital best practices.
The evaluation process for the list included approximately 5,400 general acute hospitals throughout the United States. Mountain View Hospital is a 124-bed facility that has provided medical care to south Utah County for more than 30 years.
The hospital staff includes more than 200 physician medical staff along with over 500 employees and volunteers. In addition to this recognition, the facility has been recognized for receiving the Joint Commission's Top Performing Hospitals award.
