The West Jordan City Council will hold a Committee of the Whole meeting on Sept. 22, 2026, according to a notice published Sept. 18.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 4:00 p.m. at 8000 S Redwood Road, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT 84088.
The agenda for the work session includes discussions regarding a proposed rezone and future land use map amendment for Vista Farms.
Additionally, officials plan to discuss the Northwest Area Plan for the area located between U-111, Mountain View Corridor, 6600 South, and 7800 South, which includes Oneleven, Harper Pit, and Senna Hills/HCA. The council will also continue discussions and staff-led planning efforts for the Southwest Quadrant (SWQ) regarding residential density and development.
The meeting will also include administrative items for discussion that do not require final action at this time. Following the conclusion of the Committee of the Whole, the Council is scheduled to convene for its Regular Council meeting.
