A Provo City Planning Commission Administrative Hearing was scheduled for September 2, 2026, to discuss delegated applications, according to a notice published August 20.
The hearing was set to take place at 5:00 p.m. in the Provo Peak Conference Room, located at 445 West Center Street in Provo. One agenda item involved a request from Trent Hatch for Project Plan approval for a two-unit residential development. This project is located in the Low Density Residential Zone at 909 W 1160 N. in the Rivergrove Neighborhood.
Public comments for the hearing could be submitted via email to dspublichearings@provo.gov before 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Additionally, decisions made during the hearing could be appealed to the Provo City Board of Adjustment by filing an application within fourteen days of the decision.
