Park City restaurants make the cut in first-ever Michelin Southwest Guide - Park Record

Handle gets a Michelin Recommended Handle, which opened in 2014 at the Gateway Center in Park City, is led by chef and co-owner Briar Handly. He also opened a Salt Lake City location in 2016 called HSL. As a Vermont native, Handly said he learned to cook with the seasons, which is how he designed the modern American restaurant.
