The Michelin Guide has released its first-ever southwest guide, and a few Utah restaurants made the cut, including one which is now the first Utah restaurant to receive a Michelin star. The recipient of Utah’s first Michelin star is Monte, a restaurant specializing in contemporary American cuisine located in South Salt Lake.
