The Southern Utah University Career Center has scheduled a Career & Internship Fair for Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The event is designed for students and alumni seeking full-time jobs, part-time jobs, or internships.
The fair is scheduled to take place from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. MDT in the Sharwan Smith Student Center Ballroom located in Cedar City, UT. This event is held each semester and provides an opportunity for attendees to present themselves professionally to potential employers and showcase communication skills.
To prepare for the event, the Career Center recommends that participants research participating employers through Handshake and prepare a 30-second introduction. Attendees are advised to wear business professional clothing and bring multiple copies of a resume.
The Career Center provides several resources for event preparation, including resume reviews and guidance on professional attire. Individuals can schedule appointments at the Sharwan Smith Student Center 204 or via the university's career center website.
