Tevita Siope Tonga Kofe, 19, was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on Wednesday for investigation of obstruction of justice. On Aug. 17, there was an altercation outside of a church, 4660 W. Vilisoni "Soni" Angilau, 18, was shot and pronounced dead shortly after being taken to Intermountain Medical Center.

A teenage suspect and his father were formally charged with murder in connection with the fatal shooting outside a Kearns church last week. The first-degree murder charge was one of several announced on Thursday against Taitusi Kai Manatau, 17, and his father, Afuhia Masiu Manatau, by the Salt Lake County Attorney General's Office.
