Colorado State Patrol confirmed the arrest of two men in Vernal, Utah, connected to a fatal hit-and-run that happened in Colorado's Mesa County in the early morning hours of August 24th. A Denver 7 news report shares that 48-year-old Aaron Mackinnon was taken into custody in Vernal and is charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving a death.
