BEAVER COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — A flash flood warning is in effect for parts of Beaver County. According to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Salt Lake City, thunderstorms have produced heavy rain over the Cottonwood Burn Scar. 75 inches of rain have fallen.
