Lone Peak secured a 41-0 victory over Timpview in a game played on Friday, Sept. 11, 2026. The Knights used a strong defensive performance and an early kickoff return for a touchdown to dominate the matchup.
Krew Robinson opened the scoring with a 99-yard kickoff return for a touchdown. Lone Peak's defense, led by senior defensive back Gabe Harmon, prevented Timpview from scoring by recording multiple interceptions and sacks. The defense focused on neutralizing wideout Dennis Tuaone, which Harmon stated was a primary part of the game plan.
On the offensive side, receiver Jaxon Cloward caught two touchdown passes, one for 28 yards from Ledger Holmes and another for 20 yards from quarterback Cruz Christensen. Senior quarterback Christensen also recorded a 1-yard rushing touchdown. Zachary Zolman contributed to the scoring with two field goals, one from 51 yards and another from 38 yards.
Lone Peak coach Bart Brockbank noted that the team responded well following previous losses to IMG Academy and Bishop Gorman. The Knights move forward into region play with a 3-2 record, while Timpview moves to 2-3.
