The Bluffdale City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, to discuss a proposed zoning map amendment, according to a notice published August 7.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. at Bluffdale City Hall, located at 2222 W 14400 S. The purpose of the meeting is to receive public comment regarding a request to amend the Zoning Map for approximately 2.01 acres located at 14433 South 2200 West. The proposal seeks to change the designation of the property from R1 Residential to R2 Residential.
Community members can participate by viewing the meeting on the city website at www.bluffdale.gov or by emailing comments to planningmeetingcomment@bluffdale.gov with the subject line 2200 West Zoning. Written comments may also be mailed to the City of Bluffdale Planning Department, c/o Caitlyn Tubbs, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah 84065.
