The Midvale City Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting is scheduled to take place in person at Midvale City Hall, located at 7505 S Holden Street, or electronically with an anchor location at City Hall.
During the meeting, the Commission will review and approve minutes from the August 12, 2026, meeting. A public hearing is scheduled regarding a request by Veronica McDougal for preliminary subdivision approval for a two-lot subdivision located at 8081 S 300 E in the Single Family Residential with Agricultural Overlay Zone.
If items marked with an asterisk are forwarded, the City Council will hear them on September 15, 2026, after 6:00 p.m. The meeting agenda also includes a Planning Department report and a workshop for Planning Commissioner training, which will include a brief Midvale Main Street walk before adjournment.
