On Saturday night, about 70 runners and volunteers in the Moab 240 were stuck at a remote aid station south of Moab. A flooded creek blocked the trail ahead, and the road out was impassable. Up in the La Sal Mountains, one runner and a pacer spent Sunday climbing over fallen trees while more came down around them.
