Orchard Hills Elementary has announced several updates regarding staff, upcoming school events, and community engagement initiatives in Santaquin.
The school recently welcomed Shonda Morse as the new librarian, noting her nearly 27 years of service within the Nebo School District. Additionally, PTA volunteers recently supported the school's annual vision screening event.
Looking ahead, the school's silent auction is scheduled to begin in October. Organizers are currently seeking donations to support the event's success.
The Nebo School District has also introduced a new theme for the school year titled Be That Friend. This initiative was highlighted by Superintendent Rick Nielsen in a recent district presentation.
Other upcoming activities for the school include a bell picture day and a dance festival scheduled for October.
