The Box Elder County and Perry City Flood Control Drainage Special Service District scheduled an Administrative Control Board Meeting for Sept. 15, 2026, according to a notice posted Sept. 10.
The meeting is set to begin at 5:15 p.m. at the Perry City Offices located at 1950 S Highway 89. Agenda items for the meeting include finalizing an Emergency Action Plan, a tree update regarding yearly maintenance, and a change to the Board Secretary.
Additional business includes approving the meeting minutes from Aug. 18, 2026, and a roll call vote to approve invoice payments. The board will also discuss items for the next regular meeting, which is scheduled for Oct. 20.
Public comments are permitted during the meeting, with a three-minute limit per agenda item. Individuals requiring auxiliary services or special accommodations should contact the City Offices at least three days in advance.
