During the public hearing, the commission will address requests from Cole West for a zone map amendment and concept plan approval for a 157-unit apartment building located at 910 N 900 E. in the Foothills Neighborhood. This development would involve transitioning the area from a Residential Conservation (RC) Zone to a Campus Residential (CR) Zone.
Public comments can be submitted through provo.gov/publiccomments by 6:00 PM on the day before the hearing. Residents may also view the proceedings live via YouTube or Facebook. While the study session is open to the public, formal presentations and official actions are reserved for the 6:00 PM hearing.
The notice also mentioned a forthcoming Provo Municipal Council meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 5:30 PM to consider specific legislative items.
