The Springville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2026, to consider proposed amendments to the Lakeside Landing Special District Overlay Zone and Pattern Book, according to a September 10 notice.
Lakeside Land Partners, LLC, has proposed amendments to Springville City Code Title 11 Chapter 9. The proposed changes would increase flexibility for certain lot type requirements and revise the North Part Regulating Plan to reconfigure thoroughfares and blocks for a proposed development. This legislative policy decision regarding development standards will result in a recommendation from the Planning Commission to the City Council, which will make the final decision at a later public meeting.
The meeting is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and provide comments during the hearing.
