S. Kummer is seeking access to four versions of a record from South Sanpete School District. J. Kummer is also requesting records related to an investigation from the same district.
Carver has two cases involving SUCCESS Academy: one regarding records related to an investigation and another regarding records sent to UPPAC.
Other cases include McGuire (Moab Sun Times) requesting access to email in Google Vault from Grand County, and Nielsen requesting a fee waiver and access to records from Box Elder School District.
The hearings are virtual only and require registration via Zoom to attend. The agency noted that the anticipated agenda is subject to change as the hearing date approaches.
