SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — Utah Attorney General Derek Brown launched a new first of its kind, Financial Crimes Intelligence Center (FCIC), meant to help crack down on fraud happening in the Beehive State. According to Brown, since 2020, Utahns have lost around $450 million dollars to scams and fraud.
