BOUNTIFUL, Utah (ABC4) — A Bountiful man has been arrested after allegedly attempting to meet with an undercover officer who he believed was a 13-year-old girl for sex. David Job Smith, 28, has been arrested for the attempted rape of a child (first-degree felony), obstruction of justice (third-degree felony), and enticing a minor (second-degree felony).
