Ivory Homes is asking state leaders to change the law that allows developers to form their own towns, after an unsuccessful bid to incorporate in Summit County. That's the controversial state law that allows landowners to create towns in undeveloped areas.

Silver Creek housing plans headed for Summit County Council review
