HURRICANE, Utah (ABC4) — After several days of rain, many parts of Hurricane experienced flash flooding. From yesterday and through tonight, Southern Utah is expecting significant rain, which can lead to flash flooding. Already, parts of Hurricane and Springdale have seen flash flooding and flood damage.
