The Orem Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Oct. 21, 2026, to consider a proposed text amendment to the Orem City Code, according to an Oct. 9 notice.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at approximately 5:30 p.m. at the Orem City Council Chambers, located at 56 North State Street.
The proposed amendment seeks to modify Section 17-3-2 of the Orem City Code. This specific amendment relates to unlawful subdivisions and would prohibit the creation of a lot located in more than one zone.
