The South Jordan City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2026, to review a preliminary condominium plat for Autumn Ridge Dental, according to a Sept. 29 notice.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 PM at the South Jordan City Hall, located at 1600 W. Towne Center Drive.
The hearing will focus on item PLPP202600181, regarding the Autumn Ridge Dental preliminary condominium plat located at 1326 W. Shields Ln. Shea Bess is identified as the applicant for this project.
Interested parties may attend the meeting in person or join virtually via Zoom. Instructions for virtual attendance will be available on the South Jordan City website on the day of the meeting.
Public comment for the meeting is limited to in-person or written submissions. To ensure comments are included in the official record, written feedback may be emailed to Greg Schindler at gschindler@sjc.utah.gov. All emailed attachments must be smaller than 20 Mb, and submissions must be received by 12:00 p.m. on Oct. 13, 2026.
