The Park City Public Art Advisory Board is scheduled to hold a regular meeting on Sept. 22, 2026, according to a notice posted Sept. 17.
The meeting is set to begin at 5 p.m. at the Marsac Municipal Building Executive Conference Room, located at 445 Marsac Avenue in Park City.
The agenda for the meeting includes the consideration of minutes from Aug. 25, 2026, and updates regarding the Percent-for-Art Policy.
Staff updates will cover several ongoing projects, including the development of new QR codes for public artwork signage and the status of the Bus Shelter Artwork Phase II. Officials noted that staff is working to finalize contract agreements for the bus shelter project, with a goal of completing 10 artwork installs before the end of this calendar year. The remaining six selected artworks are slated for installation in 2027.
Additional project updates include the tentative fall installation of Artful Bike Racks and the re-siting of the artwork 'Waves, Planes, and Parallels,' which will be moved to trail kiosks in Round Valley following construction.
The board will also discuss the Trail Artwork RFP, specifically regarding the final review of themes and locations, as well as strategic and future project planning involving a Public Art Story Map.
Regarding the EmPOWE
Rment Utility Box Artwork, four new artworks have been added to boxes, and staff is working to install the final five artworks. This includes re-wrapping four artworks on boxes that were replaced by Rocky Mountain Power.
