A public hearing is scheduled for September 9, 2026, to address a proposed zoning map amendment in Bluffdale, according to a notice posted August 28.
The meeting will be held before the Bluffdale City Council at Bluffdale City Hall, located at 2222 W 14400 S, beginning at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding a request to amend the Zoning Map for approximately 2.01 acres at 14433 South 2200 West from R1 Residential to R2 Residential.
Community members may participate by attending the meeting, viewing it on the city website at www.bluffdale.gov, or by emailing comments to councilmeetingcomment@bluffdale.gov with the subject line '2200 West Zoning'. Written comments may also be mailed to the Bluffdale Planning Department, c/o Caitlyn Tubbs, at 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah 84065.
