The Bluffdale City Planning Commission and Bluffdale City Council will hold public hearings to discuss a proposed rezoning for a property at 14553 South 3400 West, according to a September 3 statement.
The proposed changes involve a request to amend the General Plan Map for approximately 2.09 acres to change the designation from Very Low Density Residential to Low Density Residential. Additionally, the request seeks to amend the Zoning Map for the same property from R1 Residential to R2 Residential.
The Planning Commission hearing was scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Bluffdale City Hall, located at 2222 West 14400 South. A subsequent hearing before the Bluffdale City Council was scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the same location.
