The Park City Community Foundation announced on September 9, 2026, that it delivered $11.8 million in community impact to Park City and Summit County during its 2026 fiscal year. This figure brings the organization's cumulative community impact since 2007 to $96.3 million.
During the 2026 fiscal year, which ran from July 2025 through June 2026, the foundation distributed $4.7 million through 794 grants to local nonprofits. These grants originated from various sources, including the foundation's own initiatives, funds, and Donor Advised Funds.
The foundation also facilitated $5.5 million in donations via the annual Live PC Give PC giving day. Additionally, $1.6 million was invested into program delivery through the Women’s Giving Fund, Zero Food Waste, Early Childhood Alliance, and Youth United programs.
The foundation's latest round of Community Fund grants totaled $475,000 and was distributed to 55 local nonprofits. Deer Valley Resort contributed $100,000 toward these funds. The Community Fund is intended to provide unrestricted dollars to organizations that provide essential services across the county.
CEO Joel Zarrow stated that local nonprofits serve as the lifeblood of the community and noted that the foundation's support of the nonprofit sector through grants and wide-ranging assistance makes healthcare, arts and culture, education, sports and recreation, and belonging possible through collective giving.
