Turning Point USA will host the Freedom Built to Last Memorial on September 10, 2026, at the UCCU Center on the campus of Utah Valley University. According to an August 21 statement, the gathering marks one year since the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
The memorial is intended to honor Kirk as a defender of free speech and a faith-filled husband and father. The event serves as a deliberate act of remembrance and a call for supporters and students to continue his life's work.
Scheduled for 6:30pm MT, the event will include speakers Glenn Beck, Frank Turek, Andrew Sypher, and Caleb Chillcut. A livestream of the memorial will be available on YouTube, X, Facebook, and Rumble.
The memorial will punctuate a week of commemoration. Additionally, TPUSA Faith is leading a nationwide initiative throughout the month of September. Starting Sunday, September 13, the initiative invites Christians of every denomination and tradition to honor Kirk's mission by inviting a friend or family member to church.
