The Hideout Planning Commission was scheduled to hold a regular meeting on Thursday, September 17, 2026, according to a September 16 notice. The meeting was set to take place at 6:00 PM in the Town of Hideout Council Room located at 10860 N. Hideout Trail.
The agenda for the meeting included a discussion and consideration for the approval of a home occupation business license application for Michael Zarkos of Uintah Trading Co. LLC, pursuant to Hideout Municipal Code § 4.06.060(B). Additionally, a work session was scheduled to include a review of the Town of Hideout General Plan draft by Town Planner Thomas Eddington.
The commission was also set to address a consent agenda involving the approval of meeting minutes from November 20, 2025, and several dates in 2026, including February 19, March 19, April 16, May 21, and July 22.
