The Hideout Town Council scheduled a regular meeting and public hearing for Sept. 10, 2026, according to a Sept. 9 notice. The meeting is set to begin at 5:00 PM at the Hideout Town Council Room, located at 10860 N. Hideout Trail.
The meeting agenda includes a presentation by Ed O'Rourke regarding the proposed Hideout Market Hall at Ross Creek. Other scheduled discussions involve the Annual Fraud Risk Assessment, a proposed Water Bill Adjustment Policy for excess charges from leaks, and the approval of a Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP). Additionally, the council will discuss a proclamation for National Preparedness Month and a General Plan Review.
A public hearing is scheduled for 6:30 PM to consider Resolution 2026-R-XX, which would amend the Hideout Fee and Rate Schedule. The proposed modifications include changes to parking fees, parking violations, penalty fees, code violations, fines, impact fees, standby fees, and parking in fire lanes.
