A public notice issued by the City of St. George indicates that the City Council was scheduled to hold a work meeting in the City Council Conference Room at St. George City Hall on Thursday, September 3, 2026.
The meeting agenda included a discussion to determine if the property located at 291 East San Rafael is in public use according to 1-13-4 of the City Code. The council was also scheduled to discuss the EMS Tax and receive reports from the Mayor, Councilmembers, and City Manager.
Additionally, the agenda included a request for a closed meeting to discuss matters involving litigation, security, property acquisition or sale, or the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual.
The City of St. George stated it will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public accessing city programs. Individuals with special needs were requested to contact the Human Resources office at least 24 hours in advance.
