The Millard County Board of Commissioners scheduled a public hearing for September 1, 2026, to consider a legislative development agreement for a property located in Delta, according to a August 17 notice.
The hearing is set for 10:25 a.m. at the Millard County Courthouse Commission Chambers in Fillmore.
The application, identified as Z-2026-047, was submitted by Tim and Loreen Bliss. The request involves a land use decision to allow specific uses not currently permitted in the AG (Agriculture) Zone.
The proposed development includes twenty-five RV spaces and ten tent sites. The project involves approximately 22.3 acres located at 380 N 2000 W in Delta, Utah.
The Millard County Planning Commission has already forwarded a recommendation regarding the proposed agreement to the Board of County Commissioners.
