The festival was scheduled for Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. According to event information, the marketplace was to feature a variety of artistic disciplines including ceramics, glass, graphics, metalwork, photography, wood, jewelry, and mixed media. The event features art vendors, music and dance performances, live painting demonstrations, and Low Rider Exhibits.
Approximately 100 artists were expected to be invited to exhibit at the festival. A jury composed of art community professionals was tasked with evaluating applications based on artistic excellence and adherence to the festival's focus. The selection process was closed to the public.
Vendor spaces were located within the indoor corridor of Smith's Ballpark to provide a dry, covered area. While shade structures were not required in the corridor, vendors were encouraged to bring their own equipment such as tables, chairs, and tablecloths. The Urban Arts Alliance is a Utah nonprofit dedicated to fostering the arts to create an aware, empowered, and connected community. The organization manages artist spaces, galleries, and runs the multilingual cultural public radio station KUAA 99.9FM.
