Real Salt Lake is set to begin a three-game road swing this weekend, starting with a matchup against Orlando City SC in Florida, according to an August 21 statement. The match is scheduled for Saturday with a 5:30 p.m. MT kickoff.
The club enters the Orlando contest having not won an away match since March 7. Additionally, the team is looking to end a six-game winless streak in MLS action that dates back to May 16. RSL arrives in Florida following a 3-4 loss against FC Dallas, a result that left the team with a 10-2-2 record on Utah soil in 2026.
In the match against Orlando, Carlos Mauricio Ramirez and Lori Lindsey will handle the English-language broadcast on Apple TV, while Sergio Ruiz and Walter Roque provide Spanish-language analysis. The KSL Radio team of David James and Jay Nolly will also be present, with Manuel Hernandez, Willy Barrueta, and Isidro López handling the Spanish broadcast on KBMG Latino 106.3 FM.
Rookie Sergi Solans enters the Saturday contest on a four-game scoring streak. Solans has recorded a club-high 13 goals this season, setting a new RSL rookie scoring record.
Following the Orlando match, Real Salt Lake is scheduled to play Club León in a Leagues Cup Quarterfinal on Tuesday, August 25, at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, Colorado. The match is scheduled for an 8:30 p.m. MT kickoff on Apple TV.
If Real Salt Lake wins the Quarterfinal match on Tuesday, the team would advance to face the winner of the Toluca and Austin FC match in the Semifinals. The Leagues Cup Semifinals are scheduled for September 1-2, with the Final scheduled for Sunday, September 6.
